Ajmichalka 2 Ajmichalka 3 Linda LindaAnnette O'Toole grew up in the Houston dance studio run by her mum. The first time she appeared on TV was at the age of 2 when she was a child in the Don Mahoney Trooper Show. She and her mother, who had ten years of singing and dancing classes to her credit, traveled to Los Angeles for an entire year in the age group of 13 to determine how she was able to make a living in showbiz. The first show she worked on as a professional dancer in only two months on Danny Kaye's The Danny Kaye Show. "I've used my dancing and singing lessons in many different ways," she says. The discipline gained from this is great for actors." O'Toole's first acting role was My Three Sons, followed with appearances on Gunsmoke, The Partridge Family, The Mod Squad, as well as Hawaii Five-O. The most important thing that O'Toole loves, in spite of her film and television success is theater. When her six-year run on Smallville concluded, she decided to concentrate on theatre, that's what she's been doing over the last decade. Following her move in New York, she had her first appearance as a seagull in The Sea Gull. Her appearances have been in various off-Broadway productions, among them Adam Rapp's Kindness, Tracy Letts' Man from Nebraska, and Tennessee Williams' A Lovely Sunday for Creve Couer.
